    Aerospace-grade carbon fibre

Plates and arms are cut from T700 carbon fibre and machined on site, in Poland. The same material and the same machining go into every size in the family.

    Squashed X geometry

All four frames share one geometry: propellers out of the camera's frame and a centre of gravity set for a full digital stack. An operator moving between sizes does not learn the aircraft again.

    Spares off the shelf

Every plate, arm and camera cage is available separately, under the same part numbers as the frame. Damage after a hard landing is replaced in the field rather than sent back to the manufacturer.

Four sizes, one geometry

A family of carbon fibre airframes, from the micro class to a ten-inch heavy lift platform. One geometry and one material in every size.

Ferrum 25 frame, monoplate carbon fibre construction

Ferrum 25

Micro class

The smallest frame in the family, built around a single load-bearing plate instead of arms. The 3 mm monoplate and 2 mm top plate carry an impact across their whole surface rather than at the joint between an arm and a plate.

Ferrum 30

Urban, under 250 g

A frame for flying among buildings, in a configuration that comes in under 250 g. At that take-off mass, 4 mm arms and 3 mm plates survive contact with concrete.

Ferrum 50

Baseline strike platform

The five-inch load-bearing frame of the line, on 7 mm arms. The centre of gravity is set for a full digital stack, without lifting the camera above the outline of the plates.

Ferrum 70 frame, built for long range

Ferrum 70

Range and endurance

A seven-inch frame for long flights and heavier payloads. The 7 mm arms and a stiff centre plate damp the vibration that spoils the camera feed at that span.

Ferrum 100

Heavy lift class

A ten-inch frame for a heavy payload: an observation gimbal, cargo, or a multi-sensor package a five-inch cannot carry. The family geometry stays; the span and the sections grow. The datasheet and the photographs are in preparation and will appear here when we have them.
