Who we are

Structure

One group, one chain of responsibility

A production hall: steel benches with black composite parts, transport cases and an open loading bay

RBL Defence Polska (Defence systems integrator) is the parent company. Intelium Defence Polska (Implementation arm) is its subsidiary.

Partners working with the group:

  • CRW Telesystem-Mesko - Missile system optoelectronics and electronics
  • Vertigo - EO/IR observation gimbals and operator software
  • Pelter - Modular protective shelters
  • Frako-Term - Hybrid energy storage
  • Ferrum - FPV airframes and platforms

Ferrum supplies Intelium Defence Polska directly: the FPV frames and platforms come from it rather than from the group's own production.

The full register of manufacturers the group works with is on the Partners page.

Companies and people

Integrator, implementation arm and suppliers

RBL Defence Polska

RBL Defence Polska is a defence systems integrator: it assembles air systems, fortifications, shelter, storage infrastructure and border protection into one solution, working with manufacturers at home and abroad. In 2025 the company was recognised in the Diamentowe Tarcze competition in the Security Made in Poland category. Its office is at Grójecka 208 in Warsaw.

Intelium Defence Polska

Intelium Defence Polska is RBL's subsidiary and its implementation arm. The road from an offer to a working system ends with us: we run the Falcon counter-UAS system and the Raven T3 reconnaissance platform, and the systems from the group's portfolio - Avalon and fibre-optic border protection - we install at the customer and keep in service. Ferrum FPV airframes and platforms come from an external supplier: that is a partnership, not our production, and that is what this site calls it.

The team

Our people have held command and staff posts, served on missions at home and abroad, and trained at the NATO School and the US Army Command and General Staff College. This is not a team that learns how equipment behaves from a datasheet - most of us used it before, from the other side of the table.

Composition as stated by the company. The KRS 0001239076 entry (as at 14 July 2026) does not yet reflect this change or the new name.
Statements on behalf of the company require two board members acting together, or a board member together with a commercial proxy.

Each composition says where it comes from: the register entry or the company's own statement. A resolution binds a company from the day it is passed and the register entry follows it weeks later - and we would rather write that down than leave a reader believing we looked it up.
